MacRumors says it found Apple code and front-facing images indicating an A20 Pro chip, a landscape-oriented front camera and a changed speaker arrangement. The front image shows a small cutout in the display glass near the speaker; it does not confirm the rear design or final dimensions.
An OLED display and potentially slimmer bezels are still reported expectations, not specifications Apple has announced. Reports also discuss a different speaker design and possible water resistance, but there is no confirmed rating, screen size, refresh rate or price. The rest of the spec sheet is less certain: an A17 Pro or newer processor, 8GB RAM, N1 wireless chip and revised Siri Remote are reported possibilities. The N1 is associated with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread in other Apple reporting, but Apple has not published this model's connectivity list or the remote's new controls.
The AI claim needs care. Apple already lists existing Apple TV 4K and HomePod mini hardware as eligible home hubs for certain new Apple Intelligence-powered Home features when the owner has a compatible iPhone and meets the other requirements.
