What is the difference between the Qi2 and Qi2.2 versions?
The Qi2 version delivers up to 15W, while the Qi2.2 version delivers up to 25W to compatible devices. Both versions include magnetic alignment and active cooling.
How do I choose the right version?
Choose Qi2 15W for broad everyday compatibility. Choose Qi2.2 25W if your phone supports the higher rate and you want the fastest available performance.
Does SuVolt Gen5 support Android phones?
It supports compatible Qi and Qi2 Android phones. Phones without a built-in magnetic array may require a properly aligned magnetic case for secure mounting.
Can the phone still become warm during navigation?
Yes. Active cooling helps reduce charging heat, but direct sunlight, a hot cabin, GPS and heavy phone use can still raise temperature. The phone's built-in thermal protection always remains in control.
Is the magnetic hold suitable for rough roads?
The high-strength magnetic array and upgraded 3-point mount are designed to improve stability on uneven roads. Holding strength also depends on the phone case and correct installation.
Can the ambient light be turned off?
